Every activity is tracked and multiple reminders are set. A checklist is created for the manager on our internal ECARMA app where the manager is able to execute his duties as well as the tasks to be performed by the apartment resources. This is also part of the on-boarding process where we identify, assess & document every asset inside the apartment premises and assign a health score to each asset. 
A health score determines the probability of failure based on the state and age of the asset and the corrective action needed to be taken before the asset fails. The health score is revisited on a monthly basis and updated to update the status of the asset by our quality audit officers
Assess Cost of Operations and find viable alternatives
One of the immediate actions we take is assessing the cost of apartment operations. Based on our analysis of the apartments needs, we recommend optimized solutions for manpower requirements.

Solutionize every issue before consulting a vendor

  • SOP’s specific to the services rendered by the apartment
  • SOP’s for for each activity in the apartment
  • History of all the issues that have been generated in the apartment
